Rooms were very clean. Access from parking area not ideal. It felt like we were in their alley. TV Remote seemed to not work very well…could not tell if it was remote or TV itself. Safety lock on door to room broken.

The inside safety lock was broken. The front desk folks weren’t super helpful. And I know it’s traditional to hate on continental breakfasts, but this one was so frustrating. Very little available, even early.

Mi estancia fueron 3 días . Y no tengo ninguna inconveniente. Muy tranquilo, Dormi muy bien sin ruidos . El cuarto muy amplio y cómodo .
El parking muy iluminado. El servicio muy atentos .

The pool had 4 inches of dirty moldy water. Hot tub full but water very dirty. A camp site for homeless people adjacent to pool/hotel grounds with no privacy fencing to separate the 2

Broken window never fixed and no offer to switch rooms. Room was not cleaned. Mold finger toe nails everywhere garbage on floor under desk. No toilet paper.

Place was great location off of 20 close to restaurants and they had a real breakfast. We were hoping that the pool was opened but it wasnt opened yet. Great value and great service.
