Staff was incredibly rude. Had to leave leave early because of the Coronavirus and staff was not willing to work around this and charged me for the night I could not stay, even though I checked out by 9 AM, the front desk was incredibly rude and did not care about the situation. Will NEVER stay there again and would tell others not to as well.

Golden Tulip over Weihnachten

Carpet reeks throughout the hotel and actually shows stains and dirt. Contributes to a significant immediate impression unfortunately in the wrong way. Bathroom had no ventilation to get rid of developing steam while in the shower. Shower really is a bathtub with swing door and lets plenty of water accumulate on the floor. If comfort is not of importance the Golden Tulip is a good option as location is great

:) The location is great. Right in the city center. The receptionist was helpful. Strong WiFi connection. :( The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. There is no ramp at the entrance, you need to lift your luggages. The hotel needs a refurbishment.

Great room, great location, great price

When my first given room proved to be too noisy, staff immediately gave me another one. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable; the hotel is within walking distance of all points of interest. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.The room had a small fridge and a water kettle, which was very convenient.

Standard hotel with great value for money

The hotel is well located and the services on offer are good but more can be done. Especially as the rooms can be uncomfortable to sleep in without an air condition during summer months with the significant rise in temperature.

Great place to stay

Great location in the old town, convenient for walking up to the Sparrenburg Castle and a pleasant walk to the main shopping area. The hotel was smart, clean and well provided for with convenient underground parking and friendly helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
