Propert is not well maintained. Furniture is from the 60s. Needs painting. Far from public transportation. Needs o be updated.

Things to know
Posted 5 Aug 2018Good aspects:
Short journey from the airport- Biarritz
Good location to the beach
Access to local buses to Biarritz and Bidart - ask at reception for free bus tickets valid for 24 hours
No so good aspects:
No local shops/ food stores
Uncomfortable beds and pillows need changing
No umbrellas around the pool area and no facilities to buy a drink
No extras included on arrival- you will need to bring or buy everything including toilet rolls, tea towels, dish clothes.
Only one hand towel provided for 2 adults and 2 bath towels only changed weekly including bed linen.
On check out they check to see that the room has been cleaned otherwise you willl be charged !!
No safe in the room
No local taxis that are happy to go to the local supermarket Illbiarritz which is good long to walk with shopping.

Fine budget accommodation near the beach
Posted 13 May 2018 on HotelsGood overall apartment-style hotel for an extended stay. Hotel is fairly basic but rooms are spacious and front desk service is warm and accommodating. The hotel is about 500 yards from a nice beach, however when the tide comes in it is littered with garbage--although this is more a general trend in the region and in no way related to the hotel. The hotel is about 2.5 km from downtown Biarritz. It's an easy walk or bike ride. We would stay here again.

Very basic & doesn't have what its says

Pros: Very little.
Cons: All the descriptions on the Expedia website to be a true representation of what you actually get.
Location: Quite far south outside Biarritz, close to the seas & good access to motorway.
Room was not clean when arrived.
For 4 people, there is a 2 seat sofa.
There is no free wifi.
There is no indoor tennis court.
All very misleading.
Guests expected to fully clean the apartment - not just the kitchen - on departure.
