Such a cute and clean place! It’s a little longer drive from Capital Reef than other options but I liked that it was less crowded plus the drive back and forth from the park was gorgeous!

Small town with very limited options for restaurants, etc.

Nothing special here !! No washer and dry , No ice machine , No microwave in room , No breakfast not even a muffin. Outrageous price and no amenities. Half updated had 1960’s furniture that was in very bad shape new paint. No frills don’t expect anything for 9.2 reviews don’t know how they got i.

Wow that's too bad that you had such a terrible experience. We have such a small staff that we aren't able to offer breakfast at this time, and l am not sure there is laundry anywhere around here except Loa. We wouldn't want you to use the linens machine for it has bleach in each load. We are an old motel with newly remodeled rooms, we do our best. Sorry it wasn't up to your satisfaction. Our staff does their best and people seem to like it here. Hopefully you have better experiences elsewhere and your whole trip isn't terrible. Good luck to you.

If you are going to Bryce canyon, this is a great place to stay. Priced right, clean, quiet. I did not catch the name of the super nice young lady who runs(owns?) the place, but, she was super nice. She also waited on us at the
restaurant. Food was great, delicious pie. Would stay again.

Updated, spacious and not only clean rooms but smelled good. I was a little skeptical as the hotel is older but pleasantly surprised! Yes, I would stay there again

Honestly, a lot better than expected. It was not amazing, but beyond what you would expect a 2 star hotel to be. It was relatively clean, and the staff were really friendly. Highly recommend if you are going to Capitol Reef NP.
