Extremely friendly staff. Took care of our dietary needs. Rohit Sharma, Sweety, Athing, Mohini, Sinjini, dinner buffet servers, all were very professional and cordial

Posted 3 Dec 2023 on HotelsThis was a fabulous hotel and definitely one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were attentive and helpful without being too ‘in your face’. The bedroom was spacious and felt like it had been designed thoughtfully. All the right toiletries were provided too - again it felt like a bit of thought had been given to what the traveller may require. Food in restaurant was lovely and staff were helpful there too. There’s a shopping centre next to the hotel but otherwise there’s not much around within walking distance.
If I had to find fault I’d say the restaurant and bar were too cold, and I’d like to have been able to use the stairs instead of the lift at busy times. Unfortunately I was told the stairs were for emergency use only.

The staff is well trained and courteous
Rooms are well designed spacious and maintained very clean
The General Manager Mr Ashirbad is highly courteous and professional with excellent work knowledge
