ROACH I repeat a roach was found crawling over my foot and I told front desk and no accommodations were presented!!!! The front desk lady spoke very loudly and pretty much told everyone in that front lobby my room number!!!! RUN

Bathroom sink would not drain properly and when it did drained on to bathroom floor. Pool side/garden door had no chain to secure door and no key card would open door despite numerous cards being reprogrammed. Door from inside hotel did not work either and had to be propped open with an ashtray. I checked in Friday and left Sunday and door was like that for 2 days.

This hotel was filthy. The grounds were unkempt and not taken care of. The key cards did not work. When asked for towels they told us they did not have anymore. The toilet and sink were not working properly. I’m actually going to reach out to the property to make a formal complaint.

Has a vintage feel to it that I like. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive to my needs. (Which isn’t a whole lot because everything is in order). Parking is convenient. Ive stayed there 3 times in the last year its my “go to hotel” when I go visit Bethlehem. Its near a freeway so shopping is aprox 10-15 min drive. I just hope they dont raise the prices because of this review! Lol

We were not allowed to do early check in (even tho there were plenty of rooms) bathtub was dirty and faucet handle was broken. Hallways were very dirty, breakfast was horrible. Asked for the laundry room and was told Inhad to walk to the hotel next door to do laundry. Way too Many guest complaining… We were a family of 4 (two children) would NOT stay there again.

We arrived for check in and provided our room. We were able to access the outside entrance w key card; however, the key didn’t wok in our door. Went to front desk to advise. Was told maintenance needed to reprogram the door. Waited over 10 mins. Went back downstairs, mind you there is no elevator at this location. Asked for a new room, which I feel they should have provided once I mentioned that the key didn’t work. It was well after the 4:00 check in time that we were checking in. Maintenance did however come and reprogram our original room we stayed in that room. The towels had some staining on them and there was visible mold around shower tiles. The tub spigot leaked. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with multiple choices. We have stayed here before and never had these issues prior.

Room was fairly clean. No housekeeping the entire stay. It was hair on the towels they had in the bathroom. It was an okay stay overall.
