I liked the quietness of the rooms at the end of the hall. Staff was fantastic about moving me away from elevator and ice machine

First time staying at a Hilton property and feeling as if I was staying at a low budget motel. We were a party of three and we were very uncomfortable. The room was very small and it was hard just moving around. We were placed in the worst room possible and with a close view of other rooms from our window. So close that we kept the curtains closed. The room smelled very bad which made it hard to sleep. We asked if we could have our room changed, but we were told the hotel was booked. We didn’t see very many, so I believe that wasn’t a true statement. The follow day we left to visit family, and upon returning, we saw that the room wasn’t cleaned. I called to ask and was told that I had to request for my room to be cleaned. This is the first time I have heard this at a Hilton property. Not happy about this stay at all.

Even the hallway was clean. Our room had an unusual smell initially. We got used to it.

Convenient, good breakfast, Bedding was clean but could be crisper, very wrinkled giving an unappealing look.
