Disgusting.
Posted 13 Aug 2023 on HotelsIt was a disappointing experience, poor services, poor breakfast, one morning during breakfast, noticed that the melon was stale. Communication was poor and was charged extra taxes despite showing the charges online that included taxes.
There was no airport shuttle as stated in the website for the hotel(Pension Primus)>

I went there with my reservation which clearly stated the reservation is confirmed and no need to call.The place was shut and the reception number that was indicated on the door, the line was closed. What a terrible experience. And hotel.coms did not help much either.

The manager was very nice and friendly. He also speaks German, which made it easier for us to communicate with him. I can only recommend this property.

Lovely location
Posted 13 Aug 2019 on HotelsGreat having the pool. Very good breakfast. Nice quiet location, good views ood the city. Multiple restaurants and stores only about 15 minutes walk

Beautiful view of Beroun below. Great breakfasts (incl. individually prepared yummy scrambled eggs. Courteous service. We enjoyed our two day stay at Pension Primus very much. Highly recommend!

The worst experience ever!!!!
Posted 1 Jun 2017 on HotelsWe didn't stay at this hotel but had a unpleasant experience. We did the reservation with hotels.com and received the confirmation number. We arrived 35 minutes after the confirmation and the manager or whoever told us that he won't let us stay because was too late, 9:53pm, and the check-in was until 8:30. I insisted saying that we made the reservation on the way, but he didn't care. He told us that the room wasn't clean. Behind him we saw a lot of keys available. Then he complained about the hotels.com and left us, two women, without a roof. It was raining and very cold and in the middle of nowhere. Unbelievable!!!!!
