Bad place w/rude ignorant hotelier
Posted 9 Apr 2023 on HotelsRefused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for or they had not received money. Recommend removing this hotel from all lists as they are completely uneducated in the hospitality industry! Business trip. Checked into real hotel three hours away and canceled plans in that destination.
I never stayed at this hotel and booked a separate hotel at a different city. Please refund my money and take Hotel off your list. This is bad news location and should not be recommended for anybody!

Posted 11 Aug 2022 on HotelsHotelli on hyvällä paikalla aivan keskustan tuntumassa. Alakerran ravintola ja ykköskerroksen aamiaishuone ovat hurmaavat. Huoneet tavanomaisia. Aamupala erittäin hyvä. Ystävällinen, mutta kielitaidoton henkilökunta.

Unieke is de lokatie. Midden in de stad, schuin tegenover de voetgangers- en fietsersbrug die de beneden- en bovenstad verbind. Juist dat schuine is fijn, want dat is de rustige straat. Midden in de stad en nauwelijks autogeluiden. Zo bij het water en park.
Nadeel, opstap naar binnen en nog meer in het pand. Sauna in reparatie. Behoudens de minibar op kamer, geen drankje of iets te koop.
Heeft binnen een mooie uitstraling, vooral in de ontbijtruimte en slaapkamer. Prima bed. Fijne douche. En zéér goed ontbijt.
Service. Receptie geeft goed advies waar je kunt dineren afhankelijk van je smaak en heeft voor ons ook de tafel reservering gedaan. Uitermate vriendelijke bediening.
Het stadje is rustig. Ligt heel centraal. Goede fiets mogelijkheden. Ook prima aansluiting op de snelwegen. Veel te zien in de omgeving, water, natuur en historie.
Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
