Close to the station, easy access to Bern and therefore a lot of train routes for easy travel (if you have the Swiss travel pass). Apartment had utensils needed for cooking which helped save money as food can be expensive in Swizerlabd

The property is in excellent condition. Just that we are unlucky to have a false fire alarm. It’ll be much helpful when some hotel staffs are on site for that kind of situation. Everything digital without human contacts creating lots of confusion in that kind of situation.

Amazing room with lots of storage and nice kitchenette. However the microwave did not work in our studio. The communal room/lobby on the 8th floor is a great concept. The best hotel of our 4 cities stay in Switzerland !

Very nice open lounge on the 8th floor. Bright and clean rooms with good amenities.
Alas my favourite mango flavoured tea bags are low in stock. ;)

Very friendly host. We felt we were home during the 3 nights stays . 2 of our 5 luggage bags missed, but we could change clothes every night. Because there is washer and dryer inside our room. That’s awesome . When Geneva airport delivered our luggage, the host helped put the luggage in our room. So we could go out for fun without worrying about the luggage. Really like this apartment hotel for our family traveling.
