The hotel is very poor value for money. There are no additional facilities at the hotel. No room service. The restaurant was never open. Poorly staffed. The duty manager over the xmas period was super rude. I have travelled extensively and would rate it a 3 star hotel at best. Would never return and never recommend.

Love Bern!

First time in Bern. I love the city and hotel. Room was very clean and modern. Staff was very attentive. The city's bus/tram service stops accross from hotel, so you can be in downtown or old town in about 15 minutes. Added perk, if you're on 4th floor or higher, you get a nice view of the alps!!
