Helpful and friendly staff. Modern room tho shower wouldn’t work for a larger person. Dining room lovely. Breakfast varied and very nice.

A wonderful hotel with comfortable, spacious room. Clean, modern, just the type of hotel I like. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with many choices, including hot plates. Location was perfect. Hotel is situated in the old town close to main attractions and also to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel in the beautiful city of Bern. .

Location of getting to the new building from the main reception is unusual. 2 elevators and stairs and passing by the breakfast room to get to our room is such is confusing.

The hotel did not provide a single English language television channel. For someone who does not speak German, this was very inconvenient.
