The staff here was very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. Reception was open at all times. The room was very clean with nice furnishings. It wasn’t a big room but we found it adequate. Location was excellent as it was close to a metro station and easy walk to old town. Would recommend.

the staff were great and friendly specially Ana Pereira,gave us a lot of good tips, the location great,good breakfast,the room a little disapointed , because to small a dark, but clean and had a good rest.

Clean and easy to get to from train station. Friendly reception, a rarity in Switzerland. Love the vintage yet not run down vibe. Thanks for the fine stay.

The price, breakfast, location and staff were good. I arrived 2 hours early, but I was able to enter my room. On the edge of downtown…everything easily accessible.
It was only 17 degrees outside, but it was warm inside. Opening the window wasn’t helpful because of all the trams passing by. There is no airco here.
