It’s a great property well located as it’s not too far from alexanderplatz. It was clean and comfortable!
What was a little unfortunate is that the facility has no storage room and therefore, If like us, your return journey is towards the end of the day, you either have to find a storage rental service or carry the bag with you wherever you go! If you have backpacks or small trolley bags, the latter is doable however if you’ve got bigger bags, it’s unlikely to be convenient and so you’d need to pay for storage! I highly suggest the ownership to invest in some storage! Otherwise it was great!!

It took us a while to find the room and the initial password did not work,
Customer service was courteous and available for us even after midnight

Good, but...
Posted 22 Aug 2016The apartment was comfortable, spacious, quite and well positioned. But there were some relatively minor but irritating shortcomings. We were there for nearly two weeks, and didn't get any information about cleaning. We asked after a few days and the room was cleaned, and again in a couple more days it was done again. We asked for the floor to be swept later, and this was done. It would be useful to have a page of information about the place in the room.

I really like the style of the rooms. They are actually small apartments and tastefully furnished. There is a kitchen and a lot of light. Ideal for people who want to stay several days
