It was my third stay at this hotel. Always a great experience from the front desk, to the breakfast options, to the room and the gym. It's also located close to many attractions. I will be back.

Rooms are too small for families. Extra charge for breakfast. Hotel doesn't have laundry in the facilities. Showers are very small. Hallway carpets are disgusting need cleaning a lot of dog pee around. Not sure why it says kid/family friendly place. It is just the same as other hotels there is nothing less or more family friendly. Hotel doesn't offer dinner food. Overall for the price I would look for another option specially with small children, probably best to do Airbnb

When making your next booking, please contact our booking team so that we can advise you on room sizes and your needs.It's a shame that you didn't like the value for money of our rich breakfast buffet with over 100 components, 30% of which are organic.We reject the claim that there is dog urine lying around in the hallways. The hallway is cleaned daily. However, constant walking with street shoes can result in slight dirt.We warmly welcome all our guests, especially families. It's a shame you didn't notice this. Walking distance from a big shopping mall and an underground rail station to easily get to Berlin Central. Also hotel is eco friendly. Breakfast consist of organic (Bio) foods and none of their product are in plastic disposable. containers. Unfortunately the restaurant is only open for breakfast and not dinner anymore.
