I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left

Staff disorganised and not too friendly. Was given conflicting information by several staff members regarding pool policy etc. Not flexible when it comes to later check out.

excellent holiday experiance
Posted 6 Aug 2019 on Hotelsgreat resort. paradise location. freindly and willing to help staff.ood WIFI throughout the resort. A bit old in room furnitures , yet extremely well maintained. Air condition is not that efficient and it could be of a problem in extremely hot days especially in the upper floor of the buildings.
