Great location. The rooms are small but contain all you need. However they are very noisy, especially at night, walls are thin and there are not enough lifts for the hotel. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes each time you need the lift. I also think it’s unfair to charge people 2€ per bag to be left in the luggage hold, when they have already paid for the room and city tax

I stayed for business and it was fine at best. Not my first choice by ANY means but I slept fine.

Everything was on our doorstep and within walkihg distance such as train station, hop on hop off bus, shops and some landmarks.. TV tower right opposite our hotel

The location of the hotel is exexllent. One minute walk to the main train station, and about 30 minute walk in a striaght line to Brandenburg Gate. However, I did feel a bit hsrd done by in terms of the room. It had a great view, but the beds in the hotel are single beds pushed together. I booked a queen bed, but the matresses each had their oen bed sheet/duvet. This meant me and my partner were essentially sleeping in seperate beds, which was disappointing. The pillows were also the worst I have ever experienced, and there was no fridge in the room. Another frustrating point was that the wifi was terrible, it hardly worked. While the hotels location was ideal, the hotel itself was unerwhelming

Staff very accommodating & friendly. Food nice, a selection of rashers, sausage & egg dishes in the mornings would be nice.
We only got enough coffee for 2 cups. Bit stingy I think.
