The staff were very helpful despite being busy and clearly under pressure. The computer system kept going down and added other workloads. I asked for a late check out and got it for free as I’m an Accor member. The bed was large and the mattress a little soft for my liking but I still slept well. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

Great location near transit and the zoo. Staff tried hard to please but sometimes the process made it difficult for them, despite their best efforts.

The property was in an excellent location with plenty of bars/restaurants near by, walable distance to the Zoo and there is a stop just outside for the hop on hop off buses.
The only issue was the bed wasnt the most confiest and did get a bit warm in the room even with the aircon.
Other than that everything else was perfect.
