Room is spacious, located at a very beautiful area with lakes. Would be better if internet connection is strong.

Nice hotel close to attractive lake
Posted 21 Sep 2018Nice hotel close to a lake with interesting features lock, weir etc. Hotel is very clean and beds comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel 40 minutes by car to central Berlin.

Nice, but not great
Posted 11 Apr 2016 on HotelsHotel was nice, but service could have been friendlier. Good sized rooms and decent breakfasts, very small pool but nice for a plunge and relax, not for swimming. Sauna also fine.
Was disappointed that when asked to book a taxi for an early departure the next day, it wasn't possible to find one, but I had no problems booking one myself. Also despite being told on arrival, and it stating in the folder in the room, that the pool was open to 22:00, one evening we were advised we only had 15 mins in which to use the pool, just after 21:00, and it was made clear that despite being asked if we wanted the sauna as well, the expected answer would be not.
Staying in a separate building to the reception did make it feel a bit remote, and the work gangs drinking in the car park around their vans were a little intimidating for my wife and daughter.

The hotel is next to a lake with a bunch if restaurants and beer gardens, it's a nice quiet place to stay. The hotel had an inside pool and sauna, which was a pleasant surprise, the front desk staff speak English and the hotel restaurant has really good food , it does take awhile by train to get back to berlin , about 45min, but still worth the stay

No one home
Posted 24 Sep 2014 on HotelsWe were two ladies traveling alone. Arrived at 11 PM, front door locked and no one answering the night bell. We called and the phone just rang. We sat in front of that hotel and called other hotels looking for a room. Took about half an hour but we did find one. This motel was very remote and far away from central Berlin.
