Housekeeping staff are not friendly

Excellent hotel for doing business in Berlin-Adlershof. Very. convenient location, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

On our first day there the a/c fidnt work hardly at all, so we opened the wi dow which then broke and we couldnt close and the water did not drain out of the shower. Maintence fixed the shower and window but couldnt do anything about the ac barely blowing out anything cold.

A clean, well maintained property in Adershof. Convenient if you are visiting DLR or other nearby facility. Tram/Bus stops are right in front of you and 500 m walk to S-bahn. Hard to beat the access. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, would certainly stay again.
