We loved everything about this property. The staff were all so kind every time we approached them. They never seemed bothered & always seemed sincerely interested in helping you. It’s also very helpful that they spoke English. The property is a bit of a walk, but definitely walkable to old town & the zoo if you have kids. If you prefer not to walk there is always a taxi or Uber sitting in front of the hotel waiting to go. The ride is very short & cheap to old town. You can also find Uber lime scooters out front to rent, too. The resturant inside is great! We had all 3 meals there & food was great for all. Servers were all fantastic, as well. Bottled Water needed in your room…no problem, they will bring it up to you. Need a charger or adapter…no problem, you can get one there, too. ATM in hotel is very convenient. They have everything you need. It’s very safe. You must have a keycard to get in the elevator to any floor beyond the lobby. Parking is available on site for a fee. The pool was great, although not heated, but it is indoors. The room was beautiful. Has alot of charm to it. Some would say it could use some updating, but if you like charm you will love it. We would definitely recommend staying here & will return.

There was a musty smell in the room that resulted in only a 3 star rating for condition and comfort. But otherwise the hotel was fine.
