The property is lovely and has tremendous character. The staff was amazingly helpful. They gave us great dining suggestions, got us boat tickets, and told us the best sites. I would stay there again.

The hotel itself is ok. NO PARKING! If you drive, the offsite parking is 11 minutes away walk.
I did not like the staff at the beginning, but it really depends. The staff later helped me was nice.

Breakfast seating area was lovely and food was very good, room was clean and turn down service with free water was a very nice touch, staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is located by the harbour and only a short walk to shops, restaurants and transport. Would definitely stay here again.
