For the junior suite we paid good price but we ended up getting a suite which had tiny narrow windows, making us feel like we are in a jail cell. We tried to work with the staff but the options provided were not good. We didn’t get the value for the money spent. Management didn’t even attempt to make up for it in any other form/manner which was disappointing.

Would like more storage and a refrigerator in the room. A lot of street noise on our side of hotel

Good location. Breakfast offering was great. A few things to improve: front desk does not pick up calls from room, overall room lighting was not bright enough, mattress moved a lot (I fell off bed 2x, my husband 1x), too warm especially at night: may need ACs or fans, opening window okay but too noisy at night.

The hotel was in a great location was very walkable to dining and shopping. My room was on the first floor and was fairly noisy at night due to foot traffic and nightlife nearby. I'd recommend asking for a room away from the street and on a higher floor to mitigate the sound if you want a quiet night.

All good, the room was just missing a mini fridge and a safe. I had velux windows in my room too, which meant the room was often quite dark without enough natural light.

Breakfast was amazing! The room was lovely, and the bed was very comfy but the bathroom facilites need upgrading. The shower was over the bath and was high to step into and the water from it was spraying over the floor. The area at the harbour was very busy and noisy and we could hear this from our room. Didnt seen like there was double glazing. Its a lovely hotel but wouldn't recommend a room near the harbour front.
