The Clarion dining room cook and young servers were above and beyond helpful, kind and professional. The food was great but I would be remiss if I did not give kudos to one young 18 yr old Norwegian blonde staff in dining that went to all measures to have short but sincere conversations with us.He was never to busy to be helpful . unfortunately, we never did get his name but you have the dates we spent at the Clarion and I am hopeful you will reach out for a shoutout. He and all of your staff was so helpful and pleasant. The front desk people helped us arrange everything we asked for from receiving lost luggage to arranging the printing of boarding passes to a cab at 3:30 am. Did I mention the immaculateness of our room and even grout in bathroom was so very clean ? Lastly, if I would have any criticism it would be about the furnishing in main lobby furniture. Guys, you really need to know it is definitely passed it's prime. Soiled arms and worn fabric...sorry! My sister and I would definitely grab a glass of great wine by the fireplace and sit on those worn couches again for a week because we have a beautiful memory June 6 -13 doing just that! THANKYOU

Great location to visit Bergen. Front desk agent Mia went overboard to get us feather pillows and accommodate my request. Excellent food and fabulous breakfast buffet.

Booked this a while in advance at a great price. As dinner and breakfast was included, it was excellent value. I was surprised at the variety and quality of both the meals. My husband is coeliac and they had options for him. Even a separate bread area with a dedicated toaster.
We had a superior room with city view. It was very comfortable and spacious enough.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.
Don't forget to ask for a key to the tower to see the views of the city.

Friendly staff convenient location airport bus just minutes walk. Breakfast have lots variety. Tower have a beautiful view.I check out 5am I got a breakfast box good service.

This is a majestic, regal property perfectly situated right in the waterfront. Noice could be an issue with the windows open, but not at all with them closed. We had an early train from Bergen, so the staff arranged for us to have a breakfast package to take with us.

The included “light evening meal” had a great salad bar as well as spaghetti or stew and was more than enough to eat - a pleasant surprise and a nice savings as well as convenient for one night.
The furniture in the room could use some updating but the staff was excellent.

Very comfortable lounging areas with an eclectic luxury atmosphere. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and evening meal options were tasty and plentiful. Would most definitely stay again when in the area.

Well located hotel with friendly staff and good dining options.
The room was a good size but suffered from poor ventilation and no air conditioning. The bathroom fan did not work. So overall the room was hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. It was more refreshing in the corridor. The window opened slightly but the street was noisy until late a night.
