Totally outstanding hotel. Comfortable, welcoming and perfectly located to explore the heart of Bergen. Breakfast was outstanding and the team was kind and courteous. We spent 7 nights here and highly recommend this hotel to others. The meatballs at breakfast were superb

Great location right in the center of everything, friendly staff, great breakfast, and clean rooms. I would recommend staying here.

We have vegetarian diet which we informated the front desk about but no importance given to request, servers have no idea about ingreadents used for making breakfast and we couldn't enjoy the breakfast. One of the front desk lady was constantly talking to us about climate change and people travelling a lot and issues of carbon footprint while we respect the subject but we wanted to have a peaceful coffee after long day of travel but she wouldn't stop and let us sit in peace. Room was ok and clean.

The shower drainage was blocked and the staff moved us to another room straight away. On the new room, the shower was ok, however, we found a pair of socks on the floor and one of the power sockets next to our bed wasn't working. Apart from that, the staff was very kind and friendly.
