The hotel has a great location, friendly staff and nice restaurants and bars. Their new Spanish restaurant is particularly good! I would recommend booking here with a few awareness items. Their staff was nice but they could use more front desk help as there was often a queue or wait for someone to return, they have a number of stairs to navigate inside and out with no ramp, if you are sensitive to noise ask for an interior room in case it’s time for Friday and Saturday night party groups driving up and down the road in muscle cars or on party buses with loud bass and if you have an early tour like we did (departing at 8am when breakfast opened), ask for a takeaway option the night before. We had mentioned we would miss breakfast at checkin but the option wasn’t offered. We only learned about it later when asking for our 2nd day.

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was fine but dinner was exceptional. Disappointed in the accommodation. I booked a Corner Sfuite but was handed the keys to 2 rooms. The corner suite was actually 2 separate, small bedrooms facing different directions. I was moved to a Junior Suite which was fine but I never felt that the staff cared. Polite but no "extra miles".

Friendly staff. However, room was very small and amenities were poor. Breakfast was buffet style and not even table service coffee - just self service nespresso machines that didn’t work. The bar lacked atmosphere and had average service. The hotel was clearly targeting US boat tour tourists with a seperate reception desk for the cruise company. Feels that’s how they justify the high nightly rates as it wasn’t high end boutique level quality.

very well located. Rooms are nice. Bathroom is modern and new. The breakfast aerea is very nice and worth to have breakfast there. Breakfast was outstanding too. Gym is small but ok,

Great stay. Air-conditioning was not working , when we wanted cooler air during the night and we would not open the windows due to street noises.
