Highly Recommended - Amazing Value for money
Posted 25 Aug 2020 on HotelsHost was extremely helpful - polite and professional! Location was very good and the room and bathroom were both comfortable and pleasant, shower was nice too. Breakfast had a large selection and was well presented. Covid measures were in use also. Overall I would highly recommend this B&B and would like to thank the host again for such a great experience!

We had a lovely time in this B&B in Bergamo. Standards of cleanliness were exceptional, the room was spacious and stylish (especially the bathroom!) and we loved the breakfast. The location in the center of Citta Bassa (the lower town) is great for shopping and it is only a 15 minute walk away from the cable car that goes up to the wonderful Citta Alta (upper town). We can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to anyone wo wants to spend a long weekend (or longer) in magnificent Bergamo.

Don't walk, run away from this hotel
Posted 13 Nov 2017 on OrbitzThis was the worst hotel experience that I have had in many years. The staff was extremely unfriendly and uninformed. The rooms were cold and had bugs in them along with lights that didn't shut off at night. You will ruin your time in Italy if you stay here.

What to say, what to do?
I think that, sometimes, it is impossible to have a good synergy.
You were already nervous, when you arrived to my B&B.
You had booked two family rooms (about 40 mq every one) for 3 adults and 3 children, for one night.
You took about 40 minutes, to decide how to sleep, and we had to wait for you.
You wanted to pay with American Express, and you was angry because we have only CartaSi, Mastercard (but you had also a Mastercard).
Before you didn't want a parking, but when you arrived, you wanted a garage for your car.
All our four place were full.
So you decided to park your car, in courtyard, in front of garage, and you didn't move it, but so no cars could come out.
I wanted to give you a pass to park on the road, without pay, but you were angry also for this.
In the morning, I had prepared a rich breakfast for all of you , in a nice a quiet room, but you have gone without greet each other.
I don't know, what happened and what to do, because all our efforts have been unnecessary with you.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast close to Bergamo centre
Posted 5 Sep 2017We stayed as a family of 4 at the B&B for four nights. We were met by Mariachiara who showed us round, our quadruple room was very spacious with 2 windows high ceilings and beautiful parquet floor.
The B&B is just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street and square with lots of restaurants and bars.
Breakfast is great with lots of choice including home made cheesecake, croissants, cake, cereal, ham, cheese and fresh fruit salad.
The B&B has been recently renovated, to a beautiful standard.
We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Quarenghi 16!

Hosts were lovely and had a good suggestion for a restaurant which I went to twice because the owners were so sweet! Bike shop across the street from b&b where I rented a bike. This area is great for biking!

Located in the center of the city, big room, very clean and nice. It was a good experience. Great personal.
