This is a great place to stay if you want to check out the island and not be couped up. You can walk to the beach, you are centrally located to everywhere on the island. Great views! But the best part is that the owner (who was born on the island) will show you around the island and take you anywhere you want to go. He checks on you every day without being intrusive. You should really consider Friendship Garden Apartments if this is your first stay or if you are returning to the island. I recommend it for everyone!

Great location in Friendship Bay, close to beaches by walking and Harbour by "Dollar taxi" - van .Nice, quiet and clean place, with helpfull and friendly Mr . Lubin !

Extremely amazed with this hotel stay; the receptionist was so pleasant and helpful. Every part of this stay was well worth the cost; we will certainly be returning in the near future (this may be the only hotel on Bequai that we will revisit for a hotel stay)

Put simply, we were misled. Story of being over booked, then putting us in a "studio apartment". It was just a room with a bed taking up most of the room. In the end we asked to be moved.
They obliged.

We are taken aback with your comment of being misled. Once your booking was received by us, you were immediately contacted and told the room you booked was not available. You were offered two options. One, for us to cancel the booking and refund you in full. Two, transfer reservations to a studio apartment. You choose option two, the studio. The moment we found out upon your arrival you were not happy with the studio, we moved you to another apartment outside of our portfolio as courtesy.

Property accepts cash only, add does not state this clearly, raised this issue with Expedia, owner either lied to us or Expedia, two completely different stories.
No one onsite if you have issues,
Unable to contact owner after paying him
No tv, one ac unit not functioning

We enjoyed the quiet area. We were picked up right off the ferry as planned by the owner, who then offered his services as a tour guide. The apartment was spacious & fit our needs. Beautiful front & back porches are perfect for relaxing! We would definitely recommend it to those who are not interested in the high dollar places / all- inclusives. Short walk to several beaches.
