This facility is terrible! Bugs in window sill, on floors, tables, countertops. Sticky dirty floors, tables, and counters. Dried food on tables and refrigerator. Room and whole facility stinks like rotten fish or bad eggrolls. Young hispanic men loitering in hallways all day and night making noise and whispering and laughing anytime I walked by. I felt very unsafe here. Due to this I cut my stay short by 1 day. Gave management 24 hour notice and they are refusing to reimburse me. I have filed a formal complaint with both Red Roof Inn Corporate and Expedia. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Next to a kennel with barking dogs! Very sketchy looking people around! The manager would not come out of the office, hiding where no one could see her. 5 other people were in line to handle issues with her!! Don’t stay here! Water streaming in from the rain! Cigarette burns on the counter! They charged me for 2 rooms instead of 1!

Cheap room but…….the smell in the hotel was weird and was awaken by the barking doggie daycare at 7am.

It was loud all night during our stay. There was a used bottle of lotion in the window of our room. There was a wet floor sign with a towel over something that had been spilled on the floor of the hallway that was still there the next day when we left. Room never got cold despite changing the settings.

No staff was present to check us in. We got charged for a room we didn’t even get to use. We had to sleep in the car. I will never use this website again because your customer service team was not helpful. Zero stars all around.

Police were at the property when we checked in. No staff were available to check us in - had to ring a bell and we were treated like we were inconveniencing the front desk upon check-in. Hallways were filled with dirt, and there were loud dogs right outside the window with an owner that seemed to be mistreating them. We were rudely awakened about checking out prior to checkout time. Overall, the area around the establishment was super convenient and near everything, but this seemed to have been a blemish on an otherwise great part of town to stay in.
