Property wasn’t maintained well, hallways and elevator smell like smoke, shower did not get hot, walls are thin. No handsoap in my bathroom. "This is my second stay at this hotel. My lives down the street, so it's a no brainer. We were only there over night. The staff member who checked us in was VERY nice, informative, courteous & just a pleasant person. Customer service at it's finest. In that field you should be a service to the customer & he was. We didn't eat breakfast, however, the first time we stayed, it was delicious. A variety of items to choose from. Overnight trip, the hotel served it's purpose."
