The motel was great but the service was greater. They were very welcoming. There is not a front desk in the motel but we didn’t need it. They were very responsive and helpful, and explained everything in detail.

I had to have the assistance of the cleaning lady to check in. Never received a text message or an email on the steps to check in, And I wasn’t the only one.
However, the motel was quick enough to have the neighbors turn down the music only after they sent me a text, asking me how I was liking my stay.

I found that getting our room key was very unique to get them and that is was very cool

Great little motel, would stay again for sure! The process is simple and easy, the room was clean and simple with all the necessities. Everything was well thought out and considerate. I'd give this place 10 stars if i could! Thank you for a quiet, pleasant stay!

Clean, newly remodeled, comfortable

To get to the second floor, you had to climb an outdoor stairway. The area of the hotel was very Seedy.
I was not really sure it was safe. I would not stay there again

Hi David, we are a motel property so all of our entrances are conveniently on the exterior for easy access to your room and car, some rooms are upstairs, but you can always request ground level. We are in a very safe neighbourhood, next to The Swift County Museum and two doors down from the Benson Police Station - you actually can't get much safer than that! We're sorry you felt our remodelled property wasn't right for you and hope you find a more suitable place to stay next time you're in the area.
