Quick check in - check out, friendly staff. Overall a great clean and simple hotel with comfortable rooms. Dinner menu is the only weakness to my opinion. I had pizza for dinner and was quite frankly very bad

Very suitable for my work visits to Bensheim, would have preferred to have better food choices specially weekends

The staff were excellent. they all spoke English. The lady on reception changed our room when she saw that i was disabled. If your room does not need cleaning or clean towels you put the little cotton bag supplied on the door handle on the outside of the door and they put a chocolate bar in. Breakfast was typical of other hotels.
