Hotel is clean and conveniently located from chicago O’Hare airport. Staff is very supportive and takes care of your needs very quickly. I have stayed here multiple times and recommend others to try.

The room we had was terrible. There where bugs and spiders in the room. The windows was broken and had a roll of paper towels in the hole to cover it up. The door jam looked like it was kicked in and broken.
Never again.
