Stayed here for Benicassim festival and I would really recommend this hotel. Was very clean, staff were always cleaning the rooms. The breakfast in the morning had a huge amount of choice for everyone. The air-con in the room was not very powerful, but was ok and we went by the pool during the day when it was very warm. We did have an issue with the lock on the door and this was fixed instantly when we asked. Staff were really helpful apart from one staff member who was rude when I asked if he could translate a couple of words when I was trying to book a taxi through a Spanish app, as none of the phone numbers worked.

A good 3 star hotel but wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel.

Pet tolerant rather than pet friendly!

As the title suggests you can bring your pet (and pay for the privilege) as long as it only stays in the room. You cannot take your pet to any outdoor space within the complex so cannot have a drink or dine outside with your pet. Disappointing. Another issue is the lifts. We waited 30 minutes after check in to get a lift to the room. Only 2 of the 3 lifts were in operation. When a lift did arrive, twice, it was occupied by staff who refused to allow guests to enter. Unbelievable.

Great hotel but wouldn't stay again

Very helpful staff, most can speak some english. Clean hotel and wheelchair friendly. But is a distance from town

It is the end of April but already quite warm. Apparently the hotel doesn’t offer air conditioning until the summer. That makes it difficult to sleep in a very hot room. I opened the balcony door to let in colder air. Unfortunately either the hotel or someone nearby thinks it is appropriate to do construction until 1am. The big beautiful swimming pool is also not open until summer apparently. Would have been nice to know. Breakfast was good but since it was included and there are a lot of guests it is beyond chaotic. This hotel could be quite good but would not recommend during the spring.
