As we had booked through Expedia, when leaving the premises, we were charged for the room again when it had already been paid for.

Stayed 1night to go to the theatre, very easy to drive into town, our room number 11 looks like it has been recently updated/renovated as it was spotless, we had a great nights sleep as there wasn’t any noise and a very comfortable bed

The spa was even colder than the swimming pool. The property is challenging to access given the one way traffic on the main road. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed new and poorly trained and weren't forthcoming with relevant information (such as Wi-Fi passwords). On a plus side, it's quiet, and we got a good night's sleep, which when it all comes down to it, that's why you're there, isn't it? Wouldn't recommend, but wouldn't avoid either.

Was a wonderful stay and would stay again. The pool and spa was just beautiful and refreshing
