Buffet breakfast was advertised but was actually only a few prepackaged grab-and-go items. Motel property was basically just a busy parking lot. In the room, the tub did not work, one USB charger did not work, and room was run down with broken tile.

there's a bottle drop across the street that is a magnet for the homeless. Other than that, great location....central to everything in Bend!

People upstairs woke me up at 1:11 am and after 20 minutes I called the front desk due to them not quieting down. Seemed like they only got louder and kept me up for another 45 minutes.

I contacted the hotel three times prior to our arrival to let them know my husband was disabled and 17 days post op We were given a mobility room which was nice and big but the room had a shower/tub and no safety grip bars. The beds were high rise beds and hard to get into. We had to go buy a brick for him to stand on to get into bed. The breakfast was not as pictured in the Expedia website. It was served from 6-9. We went to the dining room on Saturday at 8:45 and they were out of eggs and whatever else they had. They only had cereal, anpples and oranges. We had extra expenses to go and get breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
