It is an ok hotel to stay a night if you need a close place to stay to catch the train in the morning because it is walking distance from the Vale train station.

Poor wi-fi, no A/c, bad lighting, noisy, really unpleasant place.

The receptionists were helpful, professional, and courteous.
If anything for improvement, it would have been nice to have mini shampoo/conditioner bottles to use.
