Pictures of the property doesn't describe well the place. Rooms are little dirty (they never cleaned the floors) and walls are VERY DIRTY . Its a flat but not even have a microwave or any utensils. Rooms needs desperate an update especially i the bathroom Beds and mattress are old and little curved. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast has good selection but if you stay for 5 days they don't change menu. It's look like a friend old apartment. Don't have high expectations.

This property really matter needs well. One strange thing was that they had two big desks in the main room rather than couches, but we didn’t have any need for couches, so it was not a problem. Desks were great to set luggage on.

The staff were great, the breakfast has good options. My only complain was with the shower. The water was cold and the pressure very weak.

This was absolutely amazing - the staff made me feel very welcomed. I was always provided suggestions of where to go in the city and was given a lot of guidance. I am so pleased with this place and need to return back once in Belo Horizonte Thank you to the staff

The location is great and breakfast was really good! But the rooms are old and seems like it had no maintenance for a long time, I got a bad room and asked to change but then I got one even worse. The mattresses in both rooms were stained and very hard. It had very noisy air conditioning system, torn curtains, clogged shower drain, broken closet door, really dirty walls and stained bathroom floors. Stay away until remodeling!

Our go-to hotel in Belo Horizonte, Brazil

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We like it because it is in a residential neighborhood, the staff is great and so is the buffet breakfast. The breakfast is amazing actually compared to American hotels. The hotel has two parts. There is a newer part where the rooms are nicer but smaller. There is an older part that although it has seen its better days, the rooms are much larger. These have two bedrooms, a small living room, a kitchen and one and a half baths. This hotel is very near the professional soccer stadium, so on certain weekends may be hard to book. We always stay in the older part even though the rooms are in need of an update. In the past, the wifi was terrible but it looks like they have fixed that now. We have always enjoyed our stay here.
