Great hotel
Posted 6 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe had a fairly short stay at Fasano but a very satisfying one. Beautiful hotel in a great area of the city, great service definitely the place to stay in Belo Horizonte.

Good hotel but not 5 star level
Posted 1 Jan 2022 on HotelsIt’s a good hotel but it’s not a 5 start hotel at all. They lack proper staff training and attention to details.
They didn't even offer 1 bottle of water per day at the room (we got charged for each one) also, the room coffee machine, we were charged for each pellet we used. (I’ve never experienced that on a 5 stars hotel)
The valet it’s in the street -in front of the hotel and we need to wait standing -in the rain sometimes, as there is not valet waiting area or seats.
Some staff were professional some were not trained to deal with costumer.
SPA had only 1 employee (maybe bcse covid) but she was not friendly, so I decided to not have any service there.
Also watch your bill, they charged us for room service and food we didn’t have.
On the positive side it’s on the best location in town, walking distance from Liberty square, restaurants and Savassi area.
Also it’s a beautifully designed hotel and decor was ok point. Love the brazilian details everywhere. Although I felt as it’s could have being better I recommend the hotel and would stay again.
