Really good staff good location , if you dont mind the noise at night its a good place to stay for the value no complaints here

I gave 3 stars just because the customer service was ok but in general it was a terrible experience. the first night we slept in a room with no window just a fan, We felt very unsafe about it, and the next night they gave is a room with ac but no window.

I've stayed at the Prado four times now. It's awesome... Do yourself a favor. Get a room with a balcony... Cuz if you don't you probably won't have a window

The room it was a good size, it is super affordable, comfortable and convenient. Definitely, I would recommend it! Simply I love it.

Wifi was only problem. Most websites seem to be blocked. YouTube Google and some others worked. Wifi in Bello is slow I noticed.

Did no like the service , when I got there , what a surprise they do not have my reservation . What an experience. The hotel is dark , the rooms they are not comfortable, no AC ,
Etc . I will not go there again .
