Hotel was very nice and clean. If you have the choice, pick the room w patio. Lovely. Access to e-bike, pool table. Walk around the 3 castles, visit the Tibet bridge.

We didn’t have a good start. Finding the hotel was a nightmare. We tried to stay off toll roads and had has go around in circles trying to find the entrance. We arrived to find it more of a truck stop on the tollway. Not a single photo or comment of it being only accessible from toll road unless you had prior info and got the back gate opened. On first impression we weren’t happy. The buffet breakfast is located off site a short wet cold walk for us. There was coffee and pastries in lobby though. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Views look at city. Mountain. River and cows. So once inside all was good. Just the initial arrival could have been a lot better if a simple comment or photo of back private access could have been explained. Otherwise a nice stay.

We apologize if you imagined it differently. We are on the Highway Service Area "Bellinzona Sud", we are not in the center; we are on the edge of the Monte Carasso district. The easiest way to reach us is from the motorway. However, during reception opening hours, the hotel is also accessible from Via I Mundasc 3 - 6513 Monte Carasso, where a gate borders our car park.Although our hotel is located on the highway in just a few minutes you can be in various places in Monte Carasso or Bellinzona. There are many beautiful running and walking paths who leads the hotel straight to the nature. We hope to welcome you again in the future.Until then, we wish you all the best!Best regards

Posted 25 Oct 2023 on HotelsExcellent hotel. Looks like a UK motorway service station stop from the outside, but could not be further from it once inside. All the rooms face away from the road so is totally quiet. Free tea/coffee/cakes/croissants in reception. The Marche next door for dinner has great food options and is immaculate.
