We had reservations to stay the night. At 1:00 PM the day we were supposed to check in I called the Hotel to confirm our reservations and inquire about a possible early check in. I was told by Jackie at the Hotel that our reservations were all set. When I asked about an early check in (around 2) she stated that she could "squeeze it in". I thanked her as the early check in would allow us time to shower and change before our evening plans. Upon arrival we started to check in and were told that there was no water available in the Hotel and it wouldn't be possible for us to do anything involving water until after 8:00 PM that evening. Seriously? Why was I not advised of this when I spoke with Jackie earlier? If the incident that shut off the water occurred after I spoke with her don't you think it would be a good idea to call any incoming guests to advise them of the "no water" in advance?".Especially someone that just asked for an early check in. We had to cancel the reservations we had and go Hotel shopping for another nearby Hotel.

Excellent hotel, we are impressed by the cleanliness and the confort of the rooms, the gym is amazing, free coffe and tea, quiet and cozy.

We are a family of five with three boys. We have stayed in Fairfield from Michigan to Florida and weren't disappointed. Hotels are new, clean, management is always ready to help, breakfast is great. Not whole lot I want to say except I enjoyed in every Fairfield we've been .
