Really great hotel, nice rooms, clean, good breakfast and service. About 20-25 min from the center of cevilla but the bus (#3) drops you off literally outside the hotel and the center of Sevilla.

Staff is not organization about customer file, example they offer us door card with wrong room which was occupied by someone. And later, we have got answer was that our passports numbers were related to that wrong room.

Personnel were rude and bathroom was not clean and very far from city center which was misleading from what it was shown when I was booking.

Everything was fine except that Wi-Fi was down for the two days we stayed there.
