This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. Our small room had a private deck with a gorgeous view over the countryside. We walked everywhere. The Melzi botanical gardens and historic lakeside villa, were our favorites - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two ancient churches in town. Bellagio was crowded with people so we were glad the property is up the hill away from it all, but still within easy walking distance. And for the safe parking outside the front door! Thanks for a delightful stay!

The view is spectacular from the terrace and the winding steps to the village simply magical

What a treat! Gaia was a warm friendly welcoming hostess with the mostest. A beautiful walk into town, that does not take long. Gives you time to soak it all in, just a stunning area. A delicious breakfast, including home made Banana bread, yum! Tidy rooms with all you would need, a great shower too! Thank you for having us, fingers crossed we will be back again in the future!

Great place to stay! The room was very clean and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The guesthouse is beautiful and modern - it was either new or recently renovated.
It is conveniently located to Bellagio Centre with lots of dining and shopping. It’s about a 15/20 min walk mostly downhill (and uphill going back) and offers free parking, which is perfect.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and it also comes with free and good breakfast. Then there is also the incredible yard with a wonderful view and we loved everything about staying here.
Definitely recommend and we hope to be back someday.

Lovely, convenient, completely updated & welcoming bed & breakfast. Super clean & affordable. Loved the beautiful quaint walkway to the heart of Bellagio; no cars or parking near the town. They even left us a breakfast to go the morning we had to leave early for our flight. Highly recommend.
