Staff (bartenders, hostess, and casino waitresses) were all very unwelcoming and not friendly at all. Also, the bathroom tub paint was peeling. Other than those issues, the hotel location wasn’t too bad since it was a close drive to the water taxi. Definitely would not be coming back here.

the place was dirty, moldy, and there was a scorpion in the room, which stung me. I was sick and had to go to the ER. Please reimburse me as I did not even get to sleep in this awful room

Complimentary breakfast was nice, especially once they opened the windows to the sea breeze. Ocean view was great from the restaurant and the room. Bathroom was in poor condition with rusty tub and broken lighting fixtures.

Noise was the biggest factor. We had an Ocean view room hoping for serene and quiet, but the next door all night karaoke that blasted until 4am was nerve wracking. The louvered windows in the bathroom was a privacy concern too. Only service person that was pleasant was the parking security.
