The shower water does not get very hot - but other than that, the place is spacious and clean. The neighborhood is safe and the people are pleasant.

It’s located in a safe neighborhood very quiet two blocks from police station the rooms and beds were excellent linens very clean with dryer and washer we loved the kitchen it have the family atmosphere property have adequate parking space for tenants vehicles love the a/c in the bedrooms and living rooms if you have a large family like us when traveling Casa Belize is the place to be actually our stay was too short we are looking forward to next year already the owner is very courteous and the house keepers are nice .

Hi Ofelia,I'm sorry that you did not read the house guide upon your arrival which specifically mentioned how to turn on the hot water in the showers. If you ever have an issue at a rental property, it would be best to reach out and give the faculty the opportunity to resolve the issue while you are there. Our goal is for all of our guests to have a 5 star stay experience. Again, our apologies that you were less than satisfied.
