Great location with easy access to all of London by feet, car, train, tube or bus. Hotel is lovely and affordable. Nice onsite dining options as well as many option within walking distance. You can walk to many sights from here.

The staff were friendly and attentive and the building is beautiful. The location is good. We enjoyed our stay overall however we had one major complaint - we were placed in a room on the second floor that was above a pub or nightclub of some kind that is inside the train station. On Friday and Saturday night our the music was so loud that our room was shaking and we couldn’t sleep. We contacted the front desk to see what could be done and they said it was out of their control and they were unable to move us that night. We couldn’t believe that these rooms that are so impacted by noise from the train station were not somehow discounted or come with a disclaimer about the noise. Paid full price to not be able to fall asleep for two of the nights of our stay. Once you went up one floor in the hotel you could no longer hear it so this wouldn’t impact all of the guests. If this hadn’t occurred I would’ve said it was a perfect stay.

The Clermont Victorian is a very clean and friendly Hotel. Very convenient to the Victorian Line and many restaurants and Dining options.

Lovely hotel and responsive staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location next to Victoria Station. About a 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace.

What a lovely Hotel & the staff was remarkable. Our room was nice, which was part of an addition it seemed & the view out the window was looking at the roof of Victoria Station, which wasn't the greatest.
