The hotel was very nice. Staff was great. Everyone spoke English as well, which was very helpful. In room dining and the restaurant were both great quality. Only downside was the mattress; zero support.

Staff is great, helpful, Nemamja in Cigar Lounge is an awesome bartneder. Romm is clean with spacious bathroom. Averall I ve had a 5stars experience.

Nice stay but
Posted 29 Jul 2023 on HotelsWe have stayed in Hyatt many times before and find the service to be excellent and the rooms comfortable. However, this time there was a problem with using the pool. Families with children would completely takeover – jumping, diving, splashing, and screaming despite the signs clearly displayed and advising against it. The stuff would shrug their shoulders saying that they tell them but to no avail. We understand that it must be very difficult (and not advisable) to manage other peoples’ children. But you could manage the pool by introducing specific times for families only, line swimming or open to all. In other words, by managing the pool you manage its users – not the other way around!

Property is nice, friendly staff, parking is way overpriced. Even self park is 20 euro per day.
