Bar handles of stairs weren't steady, fridge didn't work, toilet flush button was gone, and its lid was broken. AC made noises that would wake me up. I really liked the idea of the room, but it seemed like everything was too old.

This was a huge mistake but unfortunately the only property in the area that would accept pets. When it comes to service, it was nonexistent & furthermore, our passports were withheld on the pretext that we had to pay an extra fee (which was not explained to us at all since staff do not speak anything but Serbian) to compensate for this. I'm pretty sure this is illegal practice anywhere in the world because passports are the property of the government issuing them & not the people carrying them. Again, would strongly not recommend as it is overpriced & you will get no value for your money. The breakfast choices are boiled eggs & sandwiches. TV & internet do not work. The location is very bad with no restaurants or stores nearby. Just take your business elsewhere.

Dear Sir/Madam,We are sorry that you got such an impression for a short stay in our hotel.You left your passports in order for us to register you and they were returned properly after registration. Additional fees are tourist taxes,prescribed by law. The staff gets along and does their job conscientiously. The breakfast is varied. TV and internet work ( you didn't manage to set it up and you didn't ask for help). Next to the hotel there is a cafe, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, a store 2 minutes away. Your pet damaged the heater in the room, we didn't tell you anything about it. Your pet damaged the floor, we didn't tell you anything. You had no objections when you left. i forgot the key they dont have a spare no slipper and tissues and shampo it should 2 star hotel.

We were 3 friends who lived in the property for 3 days and it was great. Andrea was a great receptionist who helped us find transportation to downtown city central. Even though the property doesn't serve any food we didn't have any issue as there were few food outlets right beside the property.
The room was clean and honestly, we didn't expect much considering the price that we were paying.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. The property was old, bathroom was small. There was a smell in the room from the canal. But it was not noisy in the hotel.
