The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious croissants and pastries, etc. The staff were truly wonderful, especially the front desk girl in the morning. She was working so hard and made us feel right at home. Thank you!

Excellent hotel and great service

I had a great stay at Best Western during my business trip to Belfort. The hotel is very nice and clean and the food is excellent. I have to say thanks to the night receptionist who arranged a taxi for me to pick me up from Belfort TGV and bring me to the hotel. I will definitely stay again at this hotel with my next trip. The hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station and has breakfast starting at 6 am so you can have some food before catching an early train.

Great location for train and bus

Our room was very cramped and really only suitable for one person. Otherwise, it was good. The best thing was the location opposite the train station.

All in all a good choice and location with lots' of restaurants around. Just the parking space was quite narrow and its entrance not very visible when arriving via the normal city road
